Check-in
You should allow ample time to check-in and process through security screening and immigration if you are travelling internationally. Unexpected delays can sometimes occur, particularly during peak travel times, so please consider this when planning your trip.
Each airline has different requirements about how early you need to check-in before your flight’s departure time. We recommend you check with your airline to understand their flight check-in requirements, including when to check-in, baggage restrictions, available passenger assistance and whether they offer web/mobile check-in and baggage drop services.
Where to check in
Check-in areas are located on the ground floor of each terminal. Upon arrival, head to your airline’s check-in desks. There are flight information screens near the entry to each terminal and above the check-in desks to guide you.
Baggage allowances
The number of bags and weight of each item that you are allowed to check-in and carry on a flight varies and is determined by your airline. Your baggage allowances are usually provided to you at the time of booking. Please check your travel documents or your airline for details.
Baggage weigh scales
Unsure how heavy your baggage is? You’ll find baggage weigh scales to use in the check-in areas at all terminals to weigh your bags before you check-in, so you don’t get stuck with excess baggage charges.
Passenger assistance
Passenger assistance is provided by your airline. This includes passengers who require a wheelchair, are travelling with an assistance animal or as an unaccompanied minor. Please proceed to the relevant check-in desks and speak to an airline representative who will be able to help if you require travel assistance.
Group check-in
Your travel agent or airline will make the necessary arrangements for your group check-in and you should check with them should you have any special requirements for group travel.
