Aviation support facilities - Airport Central
An area of approximately 39 hectares next to Terminal 2 has been partially subdivided in preparation for designated aviation support services.
The prime located sites allow for airside apron access and lots can be provided to suit tenant requirements and accommodate code C aircraft.
Long-term ground leases are available, or we can work with tenants to design and construct unique spaces, with a lease term to be determined to reflect investment amount. Any new developments in this area are subject to review and approval by Airservices Australia.
