Direct Factory Outlet

The Direct Factory Outlet joint venture with Vicinity Centres was announced in May this year. The DFO will host 110 tenancies comprising of specialty outlets including fashion, food and beverage. 

The DFO will be located on a nine hectare site on Dunreath Drive, within the Airport West Retail Park, and will offer 24,000sqm of lettable space. Work on the DFO site will commence in mid-2017, with the centre opening for trade in 2018.
